BIOGRAPHY

Ohio native Abbigale has been in love with singing since childhood. Now a vocalist/guitarist/entertainer, she plays a wide range of covers from the spanning 60 years of music, bringing new arrangements to familiar melodies from the past, as well as composing original songs.

A third-generation singer and entertainer, Abbigale is a fixture with notable bands from Detroit, like Moose & Da Sharks and Benny & The Jets; and of course, she releases her own work during her hundreds of solo performances every year.

Abbigale has performed in NW Ohio and the surrounding area, as well as in Atlantic City, Chicago, Indiana, Michigan, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Nevada.

Abbigale’s childhood was filled with rock & roll and country music. Her grandfather had a band in the Country Music Association and her parents led music at a country church; the vinyl records her parents would play on the weekends resounded in her ears and heart. Those early days influenced her unique vocal style and love for all things classic--her voice styling is often noted as having a crossover country/pop/blues quality.

Abbigale has been performing steadily since beginning her music career in mid-2017, debuting singles on WPON 1460 AM Detroit.

Notably, Abbigale has opened Netflix sponsored events, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Legends Induction Ceremony, opened for Grammy Award-Winning Artist Lacy J Dalton, and performs in various casinos (Hollywood Casino Organization). Among other honors, Abbigale is nominated as Outstanding Rock/Pop Vocalist in the 2019, 2020, & 2021 Detroit Music Awards and Outstanding Live Performance, as well as being voted Best Singer and Best Blues/Jazz Artist in the 2019 Best of Toledo Awards.

There are many other projects to come, so stand by for news from Abbigale!
